Sanding Screens
Sanding screens are mostly used as discs on flat disc sanders for sanding parquet floors. They can also be used for finish sanding and cleaning work on metal. When used manually, sanding screens are used for surface cleaning and finishing. The design prevents clogging (accumulation of sanding dust), as the dust falls through the openings in the screen.

3M Trizact Structured Abrasive Materials
TrizactTM abrasives are intended for forming precise and consistent surfaces. In terms of durability and size, the consistency of the unique pyramidal surface of TrizactTM structured abrasive materials ensures sanding quality that is so predictable and consistent that it can be accurately measured. In addition to that, TrizactTM structured abrasive materials enable users to apply less pressure, thus improving their sensitivity and control, which means less fatigue and even greater consistency.

Scotch-BriteTM Materials
High-quality surfaces the easy way
For more than 50 years, metalworking professionals have relied on Scotch-BriteTM abrasives in a broad range of cleaning, deburring and finishing applications on all types of metal. Scotch-BriteTM products are distinguished by their open mesh design that is resistant to clogging.
Scotch-BriteTM products help you to improve surfaces with significantly changing the dimensions of the workpiece.

Formats for Hand Sanding
This fibre-fleece material for manual cleaning, deburring and finishing and sanding of metal, wood and plastic surfaces can be used both in production and in home workshops. It is suitable for smoothing painted profiles. No sanding through on stained edges and corners. Deburring of wooden surfaces. Fibre fleece is a replacement for steel wool and conforms to the surface of the workpiece. It is very flexible and can be used for both wet and dry sanding.
Rolls
Handheld fibre-fleece material for cleaning, deburring and finishing and sanding of surfaces of metal, wood, plastic and other materials in craft production as well as in home workshops. It can also be used on orbital sanders. The material replaces steel wool and conforms to the workpiece surface. It is very flexible and can be used for both wet and dry sanding.
Discs for Cleaning and Finishing Work
Fibre-fleece discs are durable, reinforced with a cloth or fibre backing. They adhere well to pads equipped with hook-and-loop material and are used primarily on handheld angle grinders. They are particularly suitable for cleaning, final surface finishing and deburring. Scotch-BriteTM discs available with a fibre backing. An advantage is their longer service life and the possibility of attaching them to common fibre pads used on angle grinders.

Discs for Finishing Work
Any number of these discs can be combined on one shaft of a stationary grinding or buffing machine in the form of disc brushes or brush cylinders. This configuration can be used advantageously for more complex metal and wood profiles and for finishing surfaces of plastics such as Corian, Avorite, etc.

Coarse Cleaning Discs (CSD/CSD – S)
CSD discs are available on standard clamping shanks or with a central opening and are used on drills, flexible shafts and straight grinders. When coupled on a single shaft, they can be used as an aggressive brush. Typical uses include cleaning welds and contaminated metal surfaces, deburring and removal of oxides, rust, old paint deposits, etc. The effectiveness of cleaning is much higher than when using chemical strippers. Surfaces treated in this manner are much more resistant to subsequent oxidation. CSD discs relace wire brushes.

Course Cleaning Discs for Use with Angle Grinders
For coarse cleaning of metals, stripping of paint and conductive plates, etc. These high-performance, durable discs are primarily used on flat parts of workpieces. They are highly effective for mechanical cleaning and are a replacement for wire brushes. They are available either threaded on a metal backing or on a rubber/fibre backing.

Compact Coarse Cleaning Brush
A very hard and aggressive tool that is usable on stationary grinders, flexible shafts, straight grinders and drilling machines. Uses: removal of rust, old paint, oxides, burrs, paint deposits, insulating materials, gasket residue and welding spatter, cleaning of concrete casting moulds and general maintenance work. A very effective type of mechanical cleaning that replaces wire brushes.

Roloc+TM Bayonet Quick-Change System
A flexible system for changing abrasive tools for handheld grinders, robots and CNC machines. Quick changes thanks to the special rotating fastener. You can use the Roloc+TM system primarily for smaller high-speed grinders and hard-to-reach parts of surfaces and workpieces.

Flap Brushes
Scotch–BriteTM flap brushes are made of individual segments that are anchored parallel to the axis on a fibre bushing. These brushes are available in various types of Scotch-Brite TM materials according to the aggressiveness and density of the segments and in various diameters and widths. They can be used immediately without any adjustment or difficult balancing on stationary grinders and buffing machines.

Combination Brushes
Scotch-BriteTM brushes combined with emery cloth segments create a rougher appearance with greater depth of coarseness. The brushes remove lighter scratches and tool marks. They are ideal for deburring and cleaning surfaces.
Brushes for Cleaning and Deburring Printed Circuit Boards
These brushes are intended for various uses in the production of printed circuit boards. They deburr drilled holes, remove oxidation layers, clean and strip surface oxides before post-processing.
Shank Brushes
A shank is embedded in the core of these brushes. Modified in this way, the tool can be used on drills, flexible shafts, etc.
Buff Brushes
Buff brushes work more aggressively than buff brushes. They are suitable for working with contoured surfaces. They are used for deburring and buffing wooden workpieces and hot-melt adhesives on boards, finishing, cleaning, light deburring and edge rounding of metals, plastics, etc.

3M™ Silver Cutting and Grinding Wheels
3M™ Silver cutting and grinding wheels are designed to provide an unsurpassable price-performance ratio. They enable rapid cutting of metal pipes, tubing and sheet metal. Thanks to the precision-shaped grain technology, these durable wheels ensure fast and consistent cutting and grinding.
3M™ Silver wheels contain precision-shaped abrasive grain in the form of miniature triangles that are designed to break as they wear, thus creating constantly new super-sharp points and edges that penetrate metal like a knife instead of merely scraping or abrading it. It thus offers a much longer service life than common ceramic abrasives.
