Stainless steel and aluminium
Novacel films completely preserve the quality of stainless steel and aluminium, prevent expensive reworking and preserve the integrity of products regardless of the type of surface that is processed (ground, brushed, matte or glossy). Novacel films always ensure the constancy of the quality of steel even in the most demanding production steps and technological operations. The high technical quality of the films is valued in the specific processing of sheet metal by means of the laser cutting and deep drawing technologies.
PVC and aluminium profiles
With the development of the surface design of plastic, aluminium and even wooden profiles towards textured variants, the protection of surfaces against damage and soiling in the full scope of the manufacturing and assembly cycle is becoming an increasingly important factor.
Novacel offers solutions for all types of profiles and surface treatments of windows, doors, baseboards, parapets and similar products.
Major advantages of Novacel foils are their guarantee of up to 12 months for outdoor use, easy application and removal without tearing, the possibility of manual application, high level of resistance against mechanical damage in handling and assembly, and the extensive offer of dimensions from 20 mm to 2600 mm in width and 200 lm to 1000 lm in length.
Coated sheet metal
Novacel’s processing and protective film production programme covers a complete range of commonly used coated surfaces and shapes. From mirror-finish surfaces to very coarse surfaces imitating the appearance of concrete, wood or brushed noble metals, and from standard flat sheet metal to profiled sheet metal, e.g. in the shape of roofing tiles.
Novacel products are intended for various coating systems (PES, PU, PVDF, plastisol, metallic/non-metallic) and processing technologies (bending, cutting, drilling, profiling, foaming, laser cutting, etc.). These products excel on all types of surfaces due to the stability of their adhesive components (acrylic or rubber base) and high level of resistance in mechanical operations and at very low temperatures (with some types, as low as -20°C).
