Converting
Our specialisation is converting – processing of materials according to the customer’s requirements. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies with which we can modify the basic material, single- and double-sided adhesive tape, according to the customer’s required dimensions and shapes. We also process non-adhesive materials, e.g. rubber, microporous rubber, PUR foam and plastic films.

DIE CUTTING
Die cutting involves cutting through both the adhesive material and the backing layer. The resulting product is individual cut-outs of various shapes, which are used as, for example, insulation components, semi-finished products for further manufacturing, seals or stoppers.

KISS CUTTING
Kiss cutting involves cutting through the basic material, which remains intact on the backing layer, roll or sheet. Easy handling is one of the advantages of such cut-outs, which are used for labelling, surface protection, masking, joining or fastening of various components.

LAMINATION
When laminating, we manufacture products from non-adhesive materials such as technical foam, artificial leather, rubber, PVC and stickers. These are used as structural, masking, insulating or protective elements, sealing elements and stoppers. They also serve as semi-finished products for further manufacturing.
