AZ TRCoat® is a high quality thermal insulation and thermo-reflective vapour permeable material based on water dispersion.
It contains more than 90% glass hollow microspheres – 3MTM Glass Bubbles.
It takes advantage of the low thermal conductivity of 3M glass microspheres and their ability to reflect electromagnetic thermal radiation.
AZ TRCoat® forms a thermoactive layer that reflects back a significant portion of electromagnetic thermal radiation.
It is available in two versions for indoor use – AZ TRCoat® and for outdoor use AZ TRCoat EXT®

- It is suitable for the insulation of historic buildings (preserves the appearance of masonry and reliefs).

Where does it find its use?
• It is intended for surface treatment of internal and external building envelopes and structures, improving their thermal insulation properties. The surface application of the material on walls and ceilings reduces heating costs, reduces dew and water vapour condensation (thus preventing mould growth). When applied to glass and metal surfaces, it ensures the reflection of solar and thermal radiation and thus prevents further increases in indoor temperature.
• The coating is suitable for metal pipes where it is desirable to limit heat transfer to the flowing medium or to protect the operator in the vicinity of the hot water pipe from burns.
